7 Day Exchange
Policy
We offer you complete peace of mind while
ordering at www.vanityvision.in - you can
exchange all items within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please ensure however
that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact.
If you are not satisfied with what you have
bought, we'll gladly take it back within 7 days from the date of delivery and
will exchange it with an alternate product of your choice. If you have paid by
card then we will manage the excess payment made or to be made. In case of Cash
on Delivery or Bank Deposits as modes of payment, we will issue online bank
transfer in the registered name of the customer. However, still the exchange policies
vary product to product. Any product that cannot be used without opening the
actual packaging like wrapped in vacuumed poly or carton packaging will gladly
be accepted for exchange but the products that do not have sealed packaging
from the brand owners will not be accepted for exchange.
Received damaged item, wrong product or
missing units.
If an item is
found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website or units are
missing as per ordered quantity, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging
and products received to our customer care at contactvanityvisio@gmail.com or
call us on the registered number given on the web page within 7 days of receipt
of the product. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue
either a full refund, or a different item in exchange, as per your request.
Please note that replacements are subject to availability of the particular
product.
Category specific policy for returns?
Any health care
or cosmetic Product should be received in original packaging and sealed
condition. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. For issues
like rashes, stomach upset, headache, flavor like/dislike, flavor difference
from one brand to other etc. products would not be applicable for return.
Please consult with the your physician, dermatologist or hair consultant before
buying any related product
Fitness or electrical Equipment: There is no
return policy for any fitness equipment unless it is damaged in transit or
there is missing part.
Following shall NOT be eligible for return or
replacement:
1.Damages due to
misuse of product
2.Incidental damage
due to malfunctioning of product
3.Any consumable
item which has been used or installed
4.Products with
tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
Any damage / defect which are not covered
under the manufacturer's warranty
Any product that is returned without all
original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging
if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered

how to arrange for a pick-up?
You can Contact
Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once
you have initiated a return.
Wherever possible we will facilitate the
pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged by us, you can
return the item through SpeedPost courier service and share tracking details
and we will return the courier costs.
What are the modes of refund available after
cancellation?
The money will be refunded back to the payment
mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction. In case of COD
payment, transaction details will be asked in writing from the buyers
registered email id to process the payment.
Once you have requested the cancellation of
item(s) in your order, Vanity Vision team will complete the cancellation and
initiate the refund, depending on your preference.
